sweet cream infused with black tea and local fresh mint, we recommend a mason jar & rocking chair for this one 

raspberry framboise sorbet 
a traditional Belgian dessert beer, framboise is fermented with raspberries and enjoyed like champagne; we combine it with fresh raspberries to create a deep rose-colored spoonable cocktail 

coconut key lime sorbet
tart key lime juice churned into thick, sweet coconut milk, this creamy sorbet tastes like a clandestine trip to Old Havana  

honey+apricot
local wildflower honey ice cream with sweet, jewel-toned apricot waves, almost too pretty to eat – almost 

blueberry buckle 
georgia-grown crushed blueberries swirled with a buttery  pecan crumble, an ode to our favorite summer cobbler 

lemon buttermilk sorbet
luxurious local buttermilk and tart, punchy lemon churned  into sweet-tart fluffy clouds; genuinely addictive

chocolate caramel pecan
our salty caramel, chocolatized, with a generous dose of dark-roasted georgia pecans.

pineapple mint sorbet
fresh pineapple and local spearmint, sweet and refreshing as all get-out on those days it's too hot to move.

blackberry cobbler
blackerries from fayette county's two dove farms, gently warmed into a sweet syrup, swirled into vanilla bean ice cream with chunks of golden-brown oatmeal crisp.

ginger peach 
fresh shaved ginger root, steeped in cream,  with a big dose of ripe, sweet, pearson farm peaches
